These individuals are facilitating change in their lives, and others, as well as developing creative opportunities and/or are strengthening existing initiatives that impact their community or the specific section of the society they have a heart for.
It is a privilege to journey with such activists.
Skylark Network – A network of practical and spiritual activists who are living life in a myriad of differing ways. Each one seeking to encourage, empower and resource each other. This faith based network seeks to rebuild ruins, build bridges and help create a positive integrated culture.
The Mustard Tree Foundation
A group of passionate people whose are impacting the isolated, excluded and marginalised people in the large town of Reading and enabling them to thrive.
The Refuge
A hub for holistic healing, social action, and creative collaboration whose core values – presence, engagement, welcome, transformation, creativity, and celebration – are central to the community’s life and mission.
Big Love – A charity supporting the Roma community in Romania, young people and marginalised women in Romania and the UK. They create safe spaces for all people to thrive
Cross Keys – A community in Wales working creatively out of a pub in a small village connecting with others to bring integrated and sustainable community transformation to their locality and Wales as a whole.
Beacon
A community of people seeking to show the love of Jesus and unite and care for people in a town on the west side of Glasgow

A multi-generational family-friendly church whose goal is to make disciples who love Jesus
Restorers 58 – A UK based charity based in Loughborough working with marginalised people through the HUB initiative and exploring developing a safe developmental space for young people in Cornwall.
